The course is suitable for those wishing to learn more about the concept and benefits of Mental Health First Aid in the home and workplace.
It will provide individuals with the fundamental knowledge and skills to aid those in crisis. The course can be tailored to your industry and workplace environment.
Much of this Mental Health First Aid training course will focus on the identification of individuals at risk or in a crisis, and effective short, medium, and long-term intervention methods.
This two-day Mental Health First Aid training course will be delivered through a mixture of interactive PowerPoint presentations, group and individual exercises, Q&A and sharing of knowledge or experiences where appropriate.
